Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte ratio (NLR) is a simple parameter used for easy assessment of the inflammatory status subject. NLR calculated by dividing absolute neutrophil count definite lymphocyte count. reflects balance between innate and adaptive immune systems. Recently, has been as an essential biomarker inflammation, infections, postoperative complications displayed correlation with circulating level C-reactive protein. More recently, also being to assess systemic in athletes. In athletes, altered counts ensued during after exercise, resulting neutrophil-lymphocyte (NLR). Usually, returns normal range within 6-9 hours cessation training, but it takes more than 24 reach basal state if exercise prolonged stressful.
